After iPhone 6 plus, its Samsung Galaxy Note 4′s turn

We were not even over from bendgate when Samsung chose to give its rival a face off here too. Yes, Galaxy Note 4 has been put to the test and sadly it wasn’t what the Samsung users were expecting.

A Canadian YouTube user ‘Unbox Therapy’ thought of putting the new Android phone to test and weigh its structural integrity in contrast with the iPhone 6 Plus. If you missed the point, it was the same YouTube user who caused all #bendgate controversy to a global degree with his iPhone 6 bend-test video. We all saw him bending an iPhone 6 with his bare hands and this time he did the same to the new Samsung Galaxy Note 4.

As Unbox Therapy stated, the former versions of Galaxy not, Note 3 was one of the sturdiest smartphones but Samsung didn’t pull off the heritage.

According to the video, Galaxy Note 4 bends at the same spot as iPhone 6 plus, just about the volume control keys. The phone has a little distortion after ‘Unbox’ Therapy applies force around the area but unlike iPhone 6 plus, Galaxy Note 4 could bent back to the normal condition by exerting pressure to the opposite side of the phone. iPhone 6 Plus stays same after getting bent.

Apple responded to the bendgate dispute, saying that “a total of nine customers” got back to compliant about the bending of device in the first six days of its sale. Apple even allowed CNBC to film the internal part of the facility where iPhones are undergoing various tests.
