Apple May Be Planning to Kill off iPod Shuffle

There are chances that Apple may kill off the iPod Shuffle, the second in the row of classic iPod to be discontinued in a year.

Stock of the devices is shrinking in Apple Stores, which is commonly a sign that a product is going to be discontinued or might get an upgrade.

This would be the second iPod to be discontinued by the company in a year, after it discontinued iPod classic. Fans grieved the termination of sale of iPod Classic, who rushed to have their hands on the devices on eBay and other accessible online stores at highly inflated prices.

Reportedly, Apple puts a warning to the employees with the low stock that stocks might run low for a while
The iPod Shuffle first made its appearance in 2005, and is now it has reached its fourth generation. It is the most reasonable and simplest amongst all the Apple’s iPod devices — now a category that only has the iPod Nano and iPod Touch.
